Yorktown Digital Works is the premiere CD mastering and audio
restoration company in the Southwest. Located in Irving, Texas, a suburb
of Dallas, it is home to numerous recording artists and clients who
demand the best. That demand is delivered by veteran recording engineer
& producer Phil York, who has recorded three Grammy winners and 40 to 50
Grammy candidates, gold and platinum hit recordings and a national #1
hit single in five different music styles.
Yorktown Digital Works offers CD mastering at its finest, along with a
special niche in audio restoration. We can master a high quality CD from
almost any source: 33, 45 and 78 rpm record transfers to CD, audio
cassettes, digital DAT tape, 1/4” analog tape and your existing CDs, or
a combination, all which will likely need cleaning up some and beefing
up in terms of volume and tone settings. We also have a 24 track digital
recording studio which will handle most needs.
